PAD Outgoing Emails

Overview

Although your PAD account has an email address through the “@cta-tech-app” domain, your account does not include email functionality. In certain circumstances, CTA will forward security, privacy, and sharing notifications to your primary email address. We do not deliver other emails from unverified or third-party senders.

In cases where we receive an unverified email to your PAD account, you will see a similar message to the one below:

 

Sender: Katie Miller at CTA

Subject: A note from CTA: Message forward failure from [email domain name]

Body: “Hi [First Name],

You received a message from [domain name] with the subject line starting with "[Subject Title]." We cannot forward this message to your email address.
Your @cta-tech.app account does not include email functionality, and while we forward security, privacy, and sharing notifications to your email address, we are not able to deliver other email.
