In order for CTA to receive access to sync data from your Facebook Pages and/or Meta Ad Account, partners must follow the instructions below. These instructions are through Meta's Business Manager.

If you don't currently have a request but are interested in syncing your data in, contact help@techallies.org

For Facebook Pages

The user following these instructions must be a page administrator.

  1. Login to Facebook.
  2. Navigate to the page you're requesting data to be synced from.
  3. Click About. On the left sidebar for the About section, select Page TransparencyScreen Shot 2024-02-27 at 2.52.15 PM.png
  4. Copy the Page ID and send this over to the CTA Partnerships team member you are in contact with.
  5. CTA will request Insight access to your page from CTA's Meta business manager account. This request will be notified by Meta via email to admins of the page.
  6. An admin, who received an email notification for the request, clicks Approve on the email request and will be prompted instructions, if any, to follow. CTA should be provided Insight access to your Page.

Note: It is important that CTA's business manager account has consistent permissions to your page for the data to be synced regularly.
